RC Sproul had such a deep understanding of the Bible and how scripture interprets scripture. He understood the history of Israel and the relationship between the Old and New Testament. If you have ever read his books, you know they are not quick, easy reads. This book is different. It is light and easy but that great understanding of how it all relates within the Bible as well as how it all relates to our lives comes through beautifully! I highly recommend this book! It is not the Bible, it is an "overview" of the Bible.
This is a beautifully written book with Dr. Sproul's wisdom and insight. If you want to know how to connect the Old Testament with the New Testament and understand how scripture supports this, then this book is for you. Great addition to a library.
Excellent overview of the Holy Bible. Great resource for the new believer. Inspiring launching point for further study. Just read it.
Great big picture overview of the entire bible. Great read and use along side his video series "Dust to Glory.
