About the Author
Dr. Michele C. Reed (Fit Doc) is a Board Certified practicing Family Medicine Physician and the owner and Medical Director of MS Family Medicine Health Care, P.C., a holistic practice that serves two locations in Rosedale Queens and Garden City, New York. Dr. Reed also serves as the School District Physician for the Malverne and Roosevelt School Districts in Nassau County, NY. Dr. Reed remains committed to serving her community and also serves as the community the Medical Director for The Congregational Church of South Hempstead. From an early age, Dr. Reed had aspirations of becoming a doctor and has dedicated her life to serving her community and working as an advocate for overall wellness and the prevention of chronic diseases. Dr. Reed received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a Long Island native where she lives with her with her husband and twin sons.

I read this in 1 setting. Dr. Reed is my Primary md. She asked if I read her book I said no but will pick it up. Picked up 5 days later & found it very interesting. What I liked is that the suggestions should be easy to make 1 at a time. Also like after each chapter there were tools to assistance with changes. I plan on re reading a few times and work the suggestions in each chapter 1 by 1. Great book Dr. Reed
