This book first caught our eyes last Christmas but it was at a higher price in the store we were in so I decided to buy it on Amazon. However, I had forgotten about this book until recently and went ahead and bought it for our 3-year-olds birthday.It is a very fun book and I was excited to get it for her. My husband had a good time reading it to her as well. I think all three of our children will really enjoy this book.The illustrations and pictures are awesome. They are very colorful and eye-catching.I definitely recommend this book if you are seeking something fun and different for your children to enjoy reading.
I bought four copies...this book is brilliantly designed...my friends kids loved them as did they.This will be my go to book to order for young lads and lasses. Excited to see what this couple produces next!In fact, I kept a copy for myself. This is enjoyable for adults as well. Great distraction at work for the team!
Strongly recommend. This book had mom and dad both laughing...even on the forth and fifth reading the first day we got it. The creators did an awesome job of staging the 'incidents' throughout the book, even now, after countless readings I still seem to find some little detail that I had either missed or forgotten from before. In fact, I think I am going to go read it now. Is it bad parenting to wake a sleeping child to read them a book that I want to read?? Don't judge me! I am not going to wake her, I am going to sit on the couch and read it myself...and I am probably going to giggle out loud.
I bought this book for my 5 year old grandson and we were very excited to read about the dinosaurs adventures. However, the print is smaller that "the small print" in a contract! It was crazy! My daughter teased me about needing my glasses and so she took over the story telling - and she was having a hard time reading the super Small print, too. Needless to say, this book is on the shelf, unread. The next two dinosaur books by the same author were cute and the font was fine and we enjoyed them. Don't bother purchasing until they fix the print in book one.
This is one of my favorite books! I bought a copy for my 3 year olds birthday who loves dinosaurs, and he loved it. I do storytelling at a library and stumbled across the book when it was added to the collection and fell in love. The book is simple but so much fun.
The excuse I used to buy this book was that it was for my grand-niece, but it was really for me. I love what this couple did for their children, and I love following them on Facebook during November, when we all get to share in the magic. It's a wonderful book, it's a genius idea, and the MOST wonderful thing about it is that now there are people ALL OVER THE WORLD who are doing it for their children, and sharing it with everyone. It brings back the magical joy of childhood to even us old geezers.
I caught the whole Dinovember event on-line back when it started, and the idea was fabulous. SO GLAD they put out a picture book so you can see these dinosaurs again and again! I HIGHLY recommend this as just pure fun. Kids will love it. I bought the hardcover as a gift and kept it for *myself*. LOL Will buy another copy for my nephew when his birthday rolls around. Too adorable!
This is a really cute book. I chose this to read to my son's kindergarten class and gave them all little bags of dinosaurs. They loved this book, it was really fun and playful and perfect for their age.
